Queenstown (12 km):
The jewel of the Wakatipu is the beautiful Lake Wakatipu where you can take a trip across the lake on the Steamer ‘TSS Earnslaw’ or sail on the ‘America's Cup Yacht - NZL 14’. Take a trip up the ‘Gondola’ for great views of Queenstown, and enjoy yourself on the luge For casual dining try ‘The Cow’ pizzeria or sample the best burgers in the South at 'Fergs'. Fine dine at superb restaurants like ‘The Bunker’ and ‘Vie’, at Sofitel. Lunch at ‘Eichardts’ during the day and return in the evening to enjoy a cocktail. Taste over 100 wines at Wine Tastes.
